*½ Hour Sessions recommended for recovering stamina and for Children 12 or under.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice strictly enforced: PLEASE CALL CAROL at 610-310-6001 to cancel. We do not schedule through individual instructors or cancel via email.

All services expire ONE YEAR from date of purchase. Payment for services is transferable, but not refundable.

Pilates and More classes follow a rotating schedule of Equipment and Mat unless otherwise indicated on the schedule. Reservations are a must! Classes may be scheduled in advance to the number of sessions that you have pre-purchased. Instructors are subject to change. Firm 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and privates.

Client Referral Program

Refer a new client to the studio who purchases one of our packages and you will receive a free class or lesson! If a Beginner Package or a 10 class Pilates Package is purchased you will receive one free class! If a 10 Private Lesson Package is purchased you will receive one free private lesson!
