Our New COVID-19 Protocols

1. The equipment has been reconfigured (2 pieces removed completely) to allow more than 6 feet ~ and in face to face mode 10 feet social distancing. Come look in the windows! It looks fantastic!!!
2. Infrared thermometer temp check upon entering. Teacher will ‘sign you in’ by recording your temperature in your file to eliminate you having to touch a pen or paper. If you do touch a pen…just spritz it with the sanitizer before &/or after.
3. Each room has an air purifier w Hepa/UV functions.
4. Daily UV treatment in every room, including bathroom.
5. Negative fan ventilation available.
6. Hand sanitizer at every sink (we have 3…so that hand-washing before and after with distancing, as well)…and on each windowsill and entrance…10 total for you to use at any time.
7. EPA approved disinfectants for equipment cleaning. As always, clients will clean up at end of session. You are welcome to do so as you come to your equipment, as well. RE-sprtiz the sanitizer to ‘air dry’ after wiping. Leaving the product on for an additional 10 minutes adds to the sanitizing precautions.
8. Sessions firmly kept to 50 minutes; staggered by 15 minutes to allow extra time for distance greetings, hand-washing upon entering and exiting; settling accounts, etc. Also allows teachers touching up any additional sanitizing, as needed.
9. Masks and socks, please. A hand towel from home may also make you feel more comfortable for head/face down positions. (Many studios are requiring teachers; not clients to wear masks. Initially we will ask everyone to do so. As transitioning occurs…and when everyone involved is comfortable…we can reassess together.)
10. Bring your own water.
11. You may use both entrances ~ and when exiting use the paper towel used for exit hand-washing on the doorknob. There will be a trash receptacle outside the door. You will be leaving the Studio safe and sound!!!
12. You will be asked for updated Waivers for everyone’s protection upon your first visit.
